  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location and customs)

4. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (USA): Flat rate of $4.99 or free on orders over $50
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the shipment. If you have not received your tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
